Please read below about how I pack!

<aside> ✉️ Packing Photocards:

—> Stamped Mail:

• Photocards (or small postcards) will be packed in a penny sleeve & toploader / shipping shield.
• Toploader will be taped to one side of a thank you card. A note will be attached to the other side.
• Pictures of packaging and address will be sent to you.
• Usernames will be written on back of envelope unless you have requested otherwise.

—> Tracked Mail (8+ Photocards or more valuable items):

• The same information in the first two bullets above applies.
• The thank you note will be placed in a rigid photo mailer.
• Address and packing proof will be sent to you. Once confirmed, I will purchase the shipping label and send you tracking info (via email).

<aside> 📦 Packing Larger Items (Albums, Photobooks, Larger Inclusions):

—> Larger Inclusions:

• Larger inclusions (such as postcards, mini-posters, etc) will be packed in a sleeve / bubble wrap and will be placed on rigid cardboard.
• These will then be placed in a rigid photomailer / polymailer for shipping.
  • If a polymailer is used, extra bubble wrap will be added to the outside of the item.
  • If I am able to send via stamped shipping I will.
  • If not, I will provide a tracking number.

—> Albums / Photobooks / DVDs:

• Will be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed in a polymailer or box, depending on size and item.
• Items will be sent via tracked mail (I use media mail when possible).
  • If you prefer a different shipping option, communicate with me and you will pay for the change in shipping.

—> All shipping costs include a supplies fee. Please be aware of this. ($0.50 for stamped, $1 for tracked)

—> All stamped mail will be sent non-machinable. This is reflected in the prices listed. ($0.39)

—> Stamped Shipping:

• Photocards (1 - 4): Up to 1oz.
  • US: $1.50
  • International: $2.30
• Photocards (4-8): Over 1oz.
  • US: $1.75
    • Each additional Oz: $0.24
  • International: See chart for base prices.
• Larger Inclusions (Starting Prices): Over 1oz.
  • US: $2
  • International: See chart for base prices.
• International Stamp Base Price:
  • Measured by Ounce & destination country.
  • General Group Outlines: (May Vary)
    • 1: Canada
    • 2: Mexico/ Central America
    • 3-5: East Asia, Western Europe, India
    • 6-9: Oceania, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Caribbean, South America

—> Tracked Shipping:

• Photocards / Inclusions: Begins at $5 but can increase based on weight / distance and number of inclusions.
• Album / Photobooks / DVDs: Begins at $5 but can increase based on weight / distance and number of items.
  • These can typically be sent via Media Mail. However, if the post office rejects these items for media mail, you will have to pay additional shipping to send via first class.
  • You can choose to ship either media or priority. Just let me know your choice!
• I only ship select items tracked outside of the United States/ US Territories.
  • Worldwide tracking begins at $16 from the US Postal Service. Please be aware.

<aside> ⭐ I always try to mail from a USPS dropbox when possible. Mailout proof will be posted to my story with you tagged (unless I am only sending 1 item. In the case, it will be DMed to you privately). I have a mail out highlight where mailout proofs are kept until items are received.
