Do NOT join if you cannot be patient and understanding throughout the entirety of the go!

—> Only join if you are 100% committed to following through the entire GO process.

• I DO NOT offer refunds on GOs.
• You can backout ONLY if you find a replacement.

—> Only join if you are 18+. If you are a minor and wish to join, you MUST have a parent’s permission AND be responsible for your claims.

—> GOs are based out of the US. WW (non-Canadian) joiners can join for photocards or inclusions only.

—> I accept PayPal and Venmo FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY.

• If you don’t know how to pay in Friends and Family, please ask for clarification before paying.
• I can only sell to countries that offer F&F as a payment option.
• If you need a guide on how to use F&F, please check here.

—> I WILL NOT secure items with my own money.

• If items sell out before I am able to secure, I will refund anyone who has paid.

—> Payment is due ASAP (or by stated deadline) once submitting the GO Order Form.

• If there is an extended time frame for payment, I will let you know.
• Please make sure to keep deadlines in mind!

—> Group Chats will be made for each GO for the purpose of communication. Payment information will be sent within the group chats. Please make sure to check the chat if you ever have questions.

• I will send updates when I have them. If I haven’t sent an update, that means nothing has changed.
• Other updates will either be posted to my Updates Highlight or in the Masterlist!

—> Addresses will be collected via Google Form.

• Please submit your address (and Domestic payment) by the given deadline.
• I will not package your items until you have done so.

—> I will not hold GO items longer than 2 weeks.

• If you have not submitted your address OR domestic payment after two weeks, your claim will be dropped.
• If you need more time for payments, communicate with me before an issue arises!

—> If you have missed a payment, you will receive 1 reminder message including all pertinent information for successful payment.

• Once you have received the initial reminder and no communication or payment has been made for five days, your claims will be dropped.
• I will attempt to send additional follow-up messages, however it should not be my responsibility to track joiners down.
• This rule applies to all payments (Initial, EMS, DMS)

—> GOs that use a K-Address will have this mentioned in the post. Please be aware that these can take longer to process.

• For GOs using a k-address, any address fees will be included in the EMS payment.

—> When you receive the item(s) please make sure to let me know by either posting on your story and tagging me, or sending me a picture via DM!
